Administration Manager

Norwood, SA | Full Time | Adelaide‐Based with FIFO Support

A.M.Y Nominees Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Antakirinja Matu‐Yankunytjatjara Aboriginal Corporation (AMYAC), is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Manager to lead our administrative functions and support operational delivery across Prominent Hill and the Far North of South Australia.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations, the Administration Manager will oversee administrative workflows, improve systems, manage procurement and corporate processes, and provide leadership across both the Adelaide office and site-based administration.

The position is Adelaide-based, with periodic FIFO travel (5/2 roster) to support Prominent Hill operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily office and administrative operations across multiple sites.
* Improve, implement and manage administrative systems, processes and efficiencies.
* Lead, coach and manage the administration team; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
* Manage procurement processes and support operational logistics.
* Promote a positive safety culture in alignment with AMY Nominees' values.
* Prepare and maintain reports, registers, documentation, presentations and databases.
* Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, minutes and accommodation requirements.
* Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and client systems.
* Support project planning, scheduling, tracking and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Work closely with Indigenous employees, community members and leaders.
* Assist with coordination of business events, conferences and corporate functions.
* Undertake additional duties aligned with skills and operational needs.

Essential Requirements

* 3–5 years' experience in a senior administrative or office management role within mining, construction or heavy industry.
* Strong leadership capability with experience supervising and developing teams.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM, ERP or project management systems (e.g., SAP, MS Project, SharePoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail.
* Current driver's licence.
* Experience working with Indigenous communities and employees.

Desirable Requirements

* Diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar (preferred but not essential).
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in dual safety and training roles.
