Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and ease.
* Oversee reservations, room allocations, and identify opportunities for upgrades and added-value experiences.
* Deliver outstanding service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and anticipating guest needs.
* Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest outcomes.
* Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and uphold administrative excellence.
* Promote hotel amenities, packages, and on-site experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or guest-facing environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills, paired with a naturally bright, warm, engaging personality.
* Professionalism and confidence at all times.
* Strong computer literacy; previous experience with a Property Management System is highly advantageous.
* Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
