About the Role
As a valued Early Childhood Teacher, you will deliver child-centred learning for children aged three to five years.
Reporting to the Directors and CEO, you will build strong relationships and partner with families to support each child's development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis (Monday to Friday), 8am to 4pm.
Duties
Develop and apply inclusive teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of all learners
Lead collaborative planning and documentation within the team
Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor and support children's learning
Foster a love of learning through play-based and inquiry-driven experiences, both indoors and outdoors
Provide timely and accurate feedback to children and families regarding learning goals and progress.
Collate, analyse, and present documentation that showcases children's learning journeys and developmental progress
Skills & Experience
Early Childhood Teaching qualification from a tertiary institution recognised by the South Australian Teachers Registration Board with current TRBSA registration
Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012 – Education and Care setting)
Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) Certificate)
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
Strong expertise and genuine enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education.
