Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, your most valuable asset is your network. You will build & maintain relationships with business leaders and exceptional talent, making connections between the two and building a personal brand of exceptional service and market expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
* Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends
* Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, influencing a positive outcome
* Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
The Successful Applicant
You will have access to our detailed and intentional training program, that will teach you everything you need to know about Recruitment. We look for drive, tenacity, team work and a hunger for success If you have 1-5 years' experience in any of the following...Retail
