Our Residential Care Program provides a supportive environment for children and young people aged 10 to 17.
The program utilizes the Teaching Family Model (TFM), an evidence-based approach that reduces challenging behaviours and increases pro-social skills.
This trauma-informed model helps young people identify personal stressors and develop self-regulation techniques, aiming to reduce problem behaviours, increase social skills, and foster relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individualized support and care to residents
* Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
* Encouraging pro-social behaviors and reducing challenging behaviors
* Developing and implementing behavior plans and interventions
* Collaborating with other staff members to ensure comprehensive support
Required Qualifications:
* Certification in childcare or youth work
* Experience working with at-risk youth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
