Location: Canberra/Brisbane/MelbourneBaseline Security Clearance RequiredA major national program delivering large-scale digital transformation is seeking a Systems Trainer to support training and capability uplift across a high-profile technology within a dedicated Change Management team, you'll collaborate closely with the Training Manager and program stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training that drives system adoption and prepares users for new ways of working.Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging training strategies supporting digital transformation initiativesDevelop tailored training materials including guides, videos, and learning modulesCoordinate and deliver training sessions both virtually and in-personAssess learner needs and support the full training lifecycle from planning to evaluationWork closely with change teams and stakeholders to ensure successful system adoptionTrack and report on training delivery, uptake, and effectivenessAbout YouYou're a confident trainer who can translate complex system changes into practical learning experiences. You enjoy working with stakeholders, creating engaging training content, and helping teams successfully adopt new technology. Experience delivering training for enterprise systems or large-scale IT programsProven ability to contribute across the full training lifecycleStrong capability developing training materials for diverse audiencesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a complex program environmentUnderstanding of Agile delivery and change management frameworksAPPLY TODAY!
