Full Time Senior Barista/ Bartender – Art Gallery New South Wales
Work at the Art Gallery of NSW museum cafe, delivering high-volume, high-quality coffee in a fast-paced cafe. We are looking for an experienced barista who can run the coffee bar independently, with coffee as the priority and light bartending service required.
* High volume consistent coffees with strong Latte Art
* Run the coffee bar independently
* Make some classic cocktails, serve wines and beers (follow recipe)
* Provide exceptional service to all customers
* Assisting in on-site functions and events (beverages)
Requirements
* Ideally 12 months experience as a senior barista, confident running the bar independently
* Experienced in making classic cocktails
* Wednesday evening(until 8pm) availability and weekends
* Quick and efficient
* Well presented with a great work ethic
* In possession of valid Australian working rights
* A current NSW RSA
