Grampians Health seeks an ICT Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Program Manager for the EMR project. This role will lead the ICT technical delivery component of the EMR program, planning, designing, and implementing network uplift and IT infrastructure enablement projects across Grampians Health to support the Electronic Medical Records system.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage ICT programs for IT network Infrastructure and other IT work packages supporting the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record.
* Project and Program Management, managing inter-project dependencies, resource demands, and project priorities.
* Liaise with Grampians Health Subject Matter Experts, the EMR Project Team, internal and external ICT providers to ensure issues and initiatives are communicated and understood.
* Ensure high-quality project planning and timely delivery of projects.
* Ensure effective management of the program, including Business Cases / Statements of Works / Contracts that guarantee a high probability of delivery of outputs and benefits as stated.
* Participate in directorate aligned Committees, working parties, and ICT enabled Project Steering Groups.
* Perform performance management of project consultants and / or team members and ensure high-quality and on-time project deliverables.
* Support business change, acting as a single point of contact for all ICT related deliverables, and build successful stakeholder relationships with all parties.
Requirements
* Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management / Business / Information Technology and / or relevant equivalent experience or minimum 5 years' similar practical experience.
* Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile / Scrum certificates).
* Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in large-scale environments.
* Previous experience working in a large-scale EMR implementation or Transformation program.
* Demonstrated experience and proven success in similar positions managing multiple technical information systems projects including infrastructure rollouts, network optimisation within a large, complex organisation would be highly advantageous.
