About the Role
Due to continual business demands our South Guildford Branch is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Advisor to join its busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Customer service on our bricks and masonry products both in person and over the phone.
* Liaise with customers on product and delivery requirements.
* Consult with customers to help them make purchasing decisions including up-to-date product information.
* Process sales and conduct payment transactions.
* Make and receive phone enquiries to discuss products and customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a sales and customer liaison role (similar industry highly regarded).
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a busy team environment to meet customer needs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team.
* Ability to work Saturday mornings if required to support other retail outlets for staff or training needs.
* Forklift ticket highly regarded.
