Wood is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our project team in Broadmeadows supporting the growing Pharmaceutical Industry.
The Role involves reporting to the Delivery Lead, acting as the main client interface, and managing a project team to deliver key EPCm projects to scope, cost, and schedule.

Responsibilities
* Project manage a full EPCm team, including Client resources and subcontractors, to deliver projects from project definition/estimation, through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning/qualification, hand over, and close-out.
* Interface with client engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure fit-for-purpose design, timely resolution of queries, and compliance with GxP/GMP requirements.
* Coordinate the production of GxP/GMP documentation and stewarding through approvals and execution.
* Ensure timely procurement within the Client system.
* Plan and coordinate shutdown and construction activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering, and experience managing projects in a complex Brownfield environment, with a demonstrable commitment to strong change and variation management, scheduling, scoping, and reporting to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, and have previous site experience working closely with commissioning and construction teams.
Experience working with GxP/GMP documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is preferred, as are exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral.
Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
