We are seeking an experienced Building Surveying Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Building Surveying service, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our building services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and leading the Building Surveying service to deliver high-quality customer-focused results;
* Developing business plans and goals for the service;
* Providing leadership and guidance to the team to achieve corporate objectives and values;
* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including contractors and other government departments;
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of [X] years' experience as a Building Surveying Practitioner Level 2;
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and current building requirements;
* Excellent leadership and communication skills;
