Role
The Harvey Norman Chadstone Cashiers Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Cashier to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to our customers. As a Cashier, you have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to delivering Great Service, Always!
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries at the register and throughout the store as required
- Replenish stock and maintain visual standards as directed
Qualifications / What we require
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with stock replenishment and cash handling; POS experience is desirable
- High interest in Visual Merchandising
- Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick, thoughtful decisions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude with willingness to learn
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
