**About you**:
**Emergency Expertise**: You are a qualified and registered Veterinarian, with a solid base in veterinary emergency and critical care, with an eagerness to expand your clinical and non-clinical skill sets.
**Collaborative Spirit**: Ready to join forces with VSS and AEA specialists, you'll contribute to our culture of collaborative, multidisciplinary care.
**Open Hospital Advocacy**: Thrive in an environment that values transparent, compassionate communication and considers pet owners as part of the care team.
**Professional Development**: You either hold or are actively pursuing a membership or equivalent qualification in emergency and critical care, aiming for completion within 12-18 months.

**Effective Communication**: Your strong communication skills enable you to work seamlessly with various departments and connect genuinely with pet owners.

**Competitive Remuneration**: We recognize the breadth of your expertise and offer remuneration commensurate with experience as well as opportunities for growth. A remuneration package of between $110,000 - $165,000 (Full time equivalent) experience dependent + Super + 17.5% leave loading
