Join Metro South Health as an Assistant Director of Nursing within the Primary Care Partnerships Unit. In this senior leadership role, you will help drive system-wide improvements to patient access, referral pathways and outpatient services while leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team!

About Your Role

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Primary Care Partnerships Unit within Metro South Health's Patient Flow and Central Clinical Services portfolio.

In This Role You Will
* Provide professional and operational leadership to the Primary Care Partnerships Unit
* Lead initiatives that improve referral pathways, outpatient access and service integration
* Oversee workforce, resource and budget management for the service
* Drive performance outcomes through data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement
* Lead service redesign, change management and innovation in ambulatory care models
* Foster strong partnerships with clinical leaders, executive teams and external stakeholders
About You

You are a senior nursing leader who brings strategic thinking, strong operational capability and a collaborative leadership style.

You Will Demonstrate
* Extensive leadership experience in complex healthcare environments
* Strong knowledge of outpatient services, referral management and patient flow
* Experience leading service redesign, change initiatives or health system improvement
* Advanced skills in data interpretation, reporting and performance management
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
* Experience managing budgets, workforce planning and operational resources
