Your role will involve acting as an expert guide and go-to contact for couples worldwide, matching them with handpicked vendors from our curated global network. This is a partnership position with a revenue share model, ideal for professionals who excel in relationship management, autonomy, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Build strong relationships with couples to understand their style, needs, and wedding goals.
* Curate vendor recommendations and facilitate introductions from our global network.
* Coordinate and manage communications between couples and vendors.
* Track bookings and pipeline progress using internal CRM and booking tools.
* Maintain exceptional service standards in all touchpoints.
* Identify gaps and onboard new vendors where needed.
* Earn commission on every successful match and confirmed booking.
Required Skills:
* Background in events, weddings, hospitality, or client services.
* Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and polished communication.
* Desire for a flexible, remote role with unlimited earning potential based on volume and quality of client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple couples and vendors without missing details.
