In this role, you will be the architect of mutually beneficial value exchanges, creating commercially aligned marketing plans that deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business wins.
Experience in the automotive or novated leasing space is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Growth: Develop and execute partnership marketing plans designed to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and align on partnership goals.
* Value Exchange Management: Negotiate and manage value exchange agreements, ensuring long-term growth for both the organization and its partners.
* Campaign Excellence: Lead the development of co-branded marketing campaigns across CRM, Web, and other media channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
* Performance Analysis: Track and analyze ROI, partnership revenue growth, and conversion metrics to optimize performance.
* Stakeholder Influence: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Executive leadership, to ensure seamless execution of partnership outcomes.
What You Bring
* Experience: 7+ years in partnership or growth marketing with a proven track record of driving commercial success.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Automotive or Novated Leasing
* Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of marketing principles (CRM, Web best practices) and high-level data analysis skills
* Strategic Mindset: A B2B2C background and the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, problem-solving capability, and the resilience to thrive in a complex environment.
