Who are we looking for?

* Experience within the residential or commercial propertyindustry is desired but not essential.
* Someone who loves being organised and with a keen attentionto detail.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service.
* Intermediate level in the Microsoft packages (Word, Excel,PowerPoint etc).

The Role
We are looking for a passionate individual to join ourProperty Management team, supporting the day-to-day operations of clientportfolios and helping deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

* Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation,tenant correspondence, rent schedules and compliance records.
* Processing rent, outgoings, invoices, and service charges;assisting with budgets and financial reporting for property portfolios.
* Ensuring property record, certifications, and statutoryrequirements are up to date and easily accessible.
* Acting as a point of contact for tenants, addressingqueries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Assisting property managers with portfolio reporting,producing management packs, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
