Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate care staff rosters
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
* Match clients with suitable care workers and manage service changes
* Maintain accurate rostering and scheduling systems
* Ensure timely and accurate timesheet processing for payroll
* Assist with compliance checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, visas)
* Support onboarding and documentation management
* Resolve rostering and payroll queries efficiently
* Support daily office operations and workflow
About You
* Previous experience in scheduling or rostering (essential)
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Skills & Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with rostering or CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
