Due to rapid business expansion, we are looking for the experienced **Machine Operators (Tablet Coating & Compressing Tablet & Powder Mixing/Granulation)**. This is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our business running.
**The Main Responsibility **is:
- Set up and monitor validated Coating & Compressing & Mixing/Granulation Machine running within normal and safe operation, parameters make adjustment as needed, including calibrate and preparation for the operation as per Production Batch Record.
- Maintain all machine in good working order, inspect the wear & tear, and have any worn or malfunctioning parts evaluated and reported to Production Supervisor/Manager.
- Perform manufacturing tasks as assigned in the production department with proficiency in all aspects of Coating & Mixing & Granulation & Compressing Operate.
- Document all set up and cleaning in the logbook and other pertinent paperwork.
- Follow procedures described in SOP's and report deviations to the immediate supervisor.
- Assist manufacturing supervisor in the collection of information to conduct investigations.
- Clean and/or disassemble Coating & Mixing & Granulation & Compressing Machine and its parts, containers, room after the completion as per SOP.
- Facilitate and cooperate with any Continuous Improvement Program.
**Suitable applicants** will have:
- Tablet Coating & Compressing Tablet & Powder Mixing & Granulation experience in a Pharmaceuticals/ Nutraceuticals manufacturing environment.
- The ability to lift and work under pressure & **No allergies**.
- Certificate of Mechanic is highly regarded.
- Prior GMP / HACCP training and be Physically Fit due to the nature of the work required.
- Own reliable transport to rotating roster job.
