We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team in an exciting sales role. In this position, you will handle high volumes of business leads and interact with business owners to understand their commercial needs.
Your primary goals are to:
* Identify opportunities and convert leads into paying clients for fixed fee projects
* Scope and quote legal projects with a commercial focus
* Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
This is a fast-paced sales environment where you'll need to communicate complex legal concepts to business owners while maintaining a focus on closing deals. A background in B2B sales, professional services, or law is highly valued but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. They will be skilled in communication, able to build rapport quickly, and influence decision-makers.
