As an experienced Sales Consultant at Pakenham Mazda, you will:
* Manage the full vehicle sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured sales processes.
* Stay current with product knowledge, stock availability, and market trends.
* Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Uphold dealership standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
We are looking for a motivated and polished professional who offers:
