We’re committed to attracting dedicated Psychiatrists who want to make a meaningful impact. As part of your welcome to the team, you’ll receive a generous sign‑on bonus, up to $25,000:

0.2 FTE: $15,000 ($5,000 at 6 months + $10,000 at 12 months)0.4–0.5 FTE: $25,000 ($10,000 at 6 months + $15,000 at 12 months)

Join headspace Early Psychosis (hEP) – a groundbreaking program delivering early detection and life-changing intervention for young people aged 12–25.

Provide expert clinical care, lead a multidisciplinary team, and empower young people and families on their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do:

Assess, diagnose, and treat early psychosis Guide clinical care from intake to discharge Provide leadership, supervision, and training Drive quality improvement and research

Fellowship with RANZCP and current AHPRA registration Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Experience in youth mental health, including supporting diverse and vulnerable populations Strong leadership and collaboration skills Accredited RANZCP supervisor for registrars in training
