**The Role**
- The purpose of this role is to ensure that all company Food Safety policies, procedures and programs are meeting and exceeding industry standards and relevant rules and regulations in the region
- To manage the Quality Management system implementation and continuous improvement across sites for the region
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, schedule, and conduct internal audits and manage/participate external food safety audits to ensure compliance and maintain certification;
- Manage and conduct Licensing Agreement and food safety and quality registration
- Create continuous improvement and training program for all sites;
- Working closely with Quality team and sites to ensure that auditing is balanced across all areas and focused when required;
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Lead Food Safety Auditor, Internal Auditor, Food Safety Supervisor;
- Food science qualification or equivalent; preferred
- Proven ability to conduct a diverse range of professional assignments particularly compliance and due diligence;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Initiative, enthusiasm, teamwork and an ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
