About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, ensuring visual excellence and
adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute video concepts, storyboards, and
shot lists.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Edit and post-produce some video content using industry-standard software, ensuring a
polished final product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance video production capabilities.
- Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility.
- Coordinate with clients, directors, and other team members to meet project deadlines and
expectations.
- Conduct on and off location shoots and studio recordings as needed, adapting to different
environments and challenges.
- Collaborate with Video Editor, Graphic Designers, Content Story Editor, Social Media
Specialist and other professionals to integrate various elements into video projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of visual storytelling and narrative techniques.
About you:
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and a creative mindset to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Flexibility for work schedule and various required travel (domestic and international)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or additional training in videography is a plus.
- Strong understanding of various media platforms and their respective strengths and
weaknesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional ability to collaborate
across different Teams and Depts.
- Outstanding key stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
