Modern, tech-enabled bookkeeping firm, supporting professional technical services businesses, are looking for a commercially minded Senior Bookkeeper in a client-facing, ownership-driven role with real responsibility prioritising intelligent systems, clear reporting and proactive communication.

* Manage a portfolio of 6–10 clients
* Deliver accurate, end-to-end bookkeeping in Xero-based accounting environments
* Oversee payroll for businesses with 2–50 staff
* Manage superannuation, STP reporting and compliance
* Complete WorkCover annual certifications
* Maintain clean BAS/GST reporting and liaise with external accountants
* Monitor job costing and WIP where relevant
* Provide clear monthly reporting and cash flow insights
* Improve system workflows and strengthen financial processes
Work with integrated project software systems such as:
* Work Flow Max
* Total Synergy
* Project Works

Requirements:
* 8+ years bookkeeping experience
* Strong Xero capability (certification preferred)
* Experience with payroll (2–50 employees)
* Confidence managing multiple clients independently
* Experience with professional services businesses
* Comfortable working with project software integrations
* Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
