Cassowary Coast Physiotherapy is a small company with 3 clinics located in Tully, Mission Beach, and Innisfail. We provide physiotherapy services to clients in the Cassowary Coast area. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages improve their physical well-being and quality of life.
Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual who must have a hands on approach to physiotherapy. Experience is relatively essential, preferably in private practice, although any new addition to the team would be involved in training and development to ensure the best possible service to our patients.
This is an on-site role & you will be working out of our Innisfail clinics. We are open to both part or full time applicants. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients from the community, local sporting clubs, NDIS participants and aged care. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing treatment plans, performing therapeutic exercises, providing manual therapy, and conducting patient education sessions. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of human anatomy and physiology
* Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
* Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans, including exercise programs
* Proficient in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
We are also an accredited Visa Sponsor with the Immigration Department. We have sponsored a number of overseas trained physios so we are experienced & can help the right applicant with the registration & visa process.
Salary is highly dependent on experience.
