**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Monday - Friday, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow their portfolio with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best. With plenty support from warm leads, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Sourcing and obtaining new managments for the company to manage
- Attending industry networking events
- Cold-calling development sites
- Work closely with the Directors, Sales agents & Property Managers
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- NO Weekends
- Current drivers license
- BDM experience across any industry
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
