We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Fintech group, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Queensland. With a talented team of around 60 professionals, we proudly support two fast-growing brands.
About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across MyPayNow and other businesses. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of digital activity, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through insight-led, cost-effective strategies. This role is focused on hands-on digital marketing execution and provides the chance to develop your skills while supporting broader marketing and business growth goals.
What You'll Do
* Plan and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and brand growth.
* Identify other relevant channels for paid advertising, optimising for performance and ROI.
* Manage all digital channels including paid/organic search and social, email, web, display, video and SEO, ensuring cohesive, data-driven execution.
* Support with the implementation of our new automation platform (Iterable) and contribute to customer lifecycle and email marketing programs.
* Lead end-to-end analytics tracking and reporting, partnering closely with developers and agencies to ensure accurate, actionable data and insights.
* Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, engagement and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
* Manage external agencies and partner relationships to deliver campaigns on time, on budget and aligned to KPIs.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on capability across paid social, search, display, email and SEO.
* Strong understanding of digital campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting with a proactive mindset.
* Experience using Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other key digital platforms.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and solid technical understanding of analytics, tracking, tagging and data accuracy.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with agencies, developers and internal teams.
* Excellent attention to detail, initiative, organisational skills and the ability to problem solve while managing multiple priorities.
* Clear communication skills and the ability to provide strategic and creative recommendations.
