The Schedule:
This is a consistent weekly roster totaling approximately 38 hours:
* Tue – Thu: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
* Fri – Sat: 11:00AM – 9:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour break)
* Sun – Mon: Closed / Days Off
* Public Holiday: Closed
