This is a broad and busy role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and getting things done. You'll support the CEO, coordinate with the team, and manage day-to-day business administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing confidential administrative and executive support to the CEO in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment
* Liaising with internal departments to facilitate seamless information flow and collaboration
* Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, monitoring expenses
* Assisting with invoicing, payment, expenses, and reporting
* Acting as a point of contact and primary liaison between the CEO, employees, clients, and external partners - facilitating communication and information flow
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Advanced skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed under pressure
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A current driver's license and own transport
