About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Compiling and analyzing financial information
* Developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
* Ensuring that financial information is recorded accurately
* Identifying trends and developments in competitive environments
* Presenting findings to senior management
* Performing financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area
* A chartered accountant with knowledge of relevant accounting standards
* Familiarity with a variety of financial concepts, practices, and procedures
* The ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Experience in performing a variety of complicated tasks
* The capability to lead and direct the work of others
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
