We're seeking an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager who excels in meeting KPIs, inspiring teams, owning sales and service, and managing organisation and rostering in a fast-paced, high-performing store. Our Store Managers lead by example and inspire their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To succeed here, you should have:
* Senior retail management experience
* A proven track record of leading by example and delivering top customer service
* Ability to motivate and inspire diverse personalities
* Skills in training, driving sales, and achieving results
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting
