Publicis Production
is part of the connected Publicis Groupe network, providing production services across all channels, with both agencies and directly to clients.
We create connected experiences, seamlessly integrated across the customer journey. We collaborate with creative agencies, studio partners and specialist talent to grow their production capability and build Australia's largest and most desirable production ecosystem.
We design and deliver bespoke content experiences for our clients, shooting in our purpose-built studios and work collaboratively with our client partners to bring create and produce high-calibre content for brands.
The role
As the Junior Editor joining our growing post-production team in Sydney you'll have the chance to work across a broad range of commercial and branded content, blending traditional post-production techniques with emerging Gen AI capabilities to deliver bold and effective work.
Day to day in this role, you'll get to:
* Edit a wide range of commercial and branded content using Adobe Premiere Pro
* Prepare, organise, and manage project assets including footage, audio, and codecs
* Collaborate with senior editors, producers, and creative teams to bring ideas to life
* Run your own sessions and contribute creatively during edit reviews, mood assemblies, and pitch presentations
* Adapt to hybrid workflows combining traditional post-production and Gen AI tools
* Assist with simple motion graphics, colour adjustments, or finishing tasks where required
* Export deliverables
The person we're looking for:
* Some experience in a commercial post house or agency environment
* Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
* Working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Veo3 or similar, preferred
* Experience or comfort working with AI-driven editing or content tools
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong eye for detail
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
* Creative mind and storytelling skills
* Positive, motivated attitude - be friendly and client-facing and able to communicate effectively
* You work well under pressure and to tight time constraints, and you're a go-getter with a hunger to continually improve
