Job Description
Join Cushman & Wakefield and play a key role in delivering high-impact financial leadership within a large, complex portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to partner with senior stakeholders, lead financial performance, and drive insights across a major account. This is a fixed-term opportunity with strong potential for permanency. As a trusted finance partner, you will lead reporting, planning, and performance management while supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting & Performance: Lead the delivery of timely and accurate monthly reporting
* Own P&L management including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis
* Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
* Build and maintain financial models (e.g. Anaplan)
* Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and performance trends
* Risk & Controls: Ensure strong compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
* Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial integrity
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders across finance and operations
* Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
* Influence decision-making through strong commercial acumen
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process and system improvements
* Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
About You
* CA/CPA qualified
* Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex environment
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (Anaplan experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
