This position represents an opportunity for someone with experience to further develop, learn and grow on the job; while being in a supportive, professional and team focused environment.

In the role of Sales Administrator, you will undertake various organisational, sales administration and customer service duties as part of our administration, marketing and customer service team and assist in the day-to-day operation of our busy sales department.

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

* Customer service (internal & external clients) - front desk management including greeting clients
* Listing and property marketing administration
* Contract preparation, and sale to settlement administration
* Sales executive and property marketing
* New business administration
* Calendar management
* Filing, archiving, data entry and record keeping
* General administrative, organisational and office tasks

The right candidate for this role will:

* Be well presented and punctual
* Be reliable and hardworking with a great attitude
* Be looking for a long-term fulfilling role in administration and customer service
* Have good computer skills, at an intermediate level or above
* Be proficient in the Microsoft suite (most importantly familiar with using word and oultook)

* Possess a good level of reading, writing and communication skills with a high attention to detail

* Work well as part of a team and adhere to policy/procedure
* Have a desire to learn and grow, with a good work ethic

Previous experience in an administration role is preferred, however for the right candidate with a great attitude we will consider someone with other work experience that still possesses the above skills. Real estate industry knowledge/experience is not necessary.

This is a full-time, 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, permanent position, based in our Margaret River office. The salary will be as per the applicable award rate and the scope of the tasks and duties that are included within this role, however it will also take in to account the successful candidates experience in administration and/or customer service.
