About Our Mine Operation
Citic Pacific Mining's Sino Iron project is a world-class magnetite processing operation at Cape Preston, 100km south west of Karratha in Western Australia.
With a mine life of more than 30 years, Sino Iron heralds a new downstream industry for Western Australia, delivering significant socio-economic benefits to the community for decades to come.
The Role
We are seeking a Site Administrator to provide support to our team at our mining department at Cape Preston.
This role involves:
* Providing general administrative assistance
* Data entry and management
* Organising personal protective equipment for staff
* SAP data operations
* Entering time confirmations into SAP, generating daily costings and payroll reports
* Organising requirements for visitors/short term workers as necessary
* Airport and/or mail run from site to Karratha
* Maintaining stock levels for crib rooms
* Performing other day-to-day business activities as required
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, applicants should have:
* Demonstrated high-level computer literacy skills, with advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP experience
* Travel coordination and planning
* Secretarial and administrative procedures
* An understanding of mines safety and inspection regulations
