**The Organisation**
Our client is a large statutory authority based in Caboolture with an exceptional Learning and Development Partner opportunity on offer within an inclusive, highly flexible environment.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Lead, this role represents the opportunity to shape, delivery and take ownership of a significant LMS Project in safety, compliance and technical training for field-based operators.
Critically, you will be responsible for the implementation of end-to-end learning and development interventions with a particular focus around leveraging current and future technologies.
With 18 months remaining on this four year project, this is a long term contract opportunity.
**About the Role**
Key functions of the role include:
- Scoping learning needs and business requirements, and designing and developing interventions to address those needs.
- Design, develop, implement and manage on an ongoing basis, the safety and compliance and technical training frameworks and other organisational learning programs that align with relevant competency frameworks and legislative requirements.
- Analysis, design, development and rollout of training courses that support the business' outcomes and adheres to adult learning principles.
- Developing, updating and maintaining all blended learning materials and processes associated with learning and development interventions and activities.
- Collaborating within the team to develop and maintain the organisational learning calendar.
- Evaluating, analysing, reporting and tracking return on investment and training effectiveness of programs under area of responsibility to inform the continual improvement of L&D programs and appropriate business decisions.
