About the Role
We're seeking enthusiastic Seafood Production Team Members to join our brand-new processing and manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare, process and package premium Australian tuna products while keeping safety, quality, and teamwork front of mind.
With weekday-only hours (Monday to Friday) and no weekend shifts, this role is ideal for individuals looking for stable employment in a positive, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow established Little Tuna production and canning procedures.
* Process seafood products into packaging, ready for cooking and final distribution.
* Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow workplace health and safety policies.
* Work efficiently as part of a team to achieve daily production goals.
* Support the team with other tasks as directed to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
* Organised, reliable, and able to meet daily goals and timelines.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or seafood processing is an advantage — but not essential (full training provided).
