Job Description :
Skills and Experience Required:
* 10+ years hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps (XenApp) and Citrix DaaS on Azure.
* Strong experience in building Citrix Sites from scratch, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and Director & Citrix DaaS infrastructure components (Cloud connectors etc).
* Hands-on with MCS and PVS in production deployments.
* Experience with Azure virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, and on-prem vSphere (VMware).
* Proficient in designing and managing Citrix App Layering stacks.
* Working knowledge of NetScaler VPX, including Gateway and load balancing features.
* Working knowledge of F5 GSLB.
* Deep understanding of Active Directory Group Policy management.
* Hands-on with Citrix WEM, including action assignment and performance optimization.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint and software deployment.
* Experience in application publishing and Citrix Studio administration.
* Proficient with PowerShell scripting for Citrix and Windows automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build new Citrix Sites for XenApp application publishing using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) / Citrix DaaS on Azure.
* Design and implement hybrid hosting models with Azure-based workloads and vSphere on-premises infrastructure.
* Plan and deploy Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS) for optimal image management.
* Create and manage App Layers using Citrix App Layering for OS, Platform, and Application separation.
* Deploy and configure Citrix NetScaler VPX for Gateway, ICA Proxy, load balancing, and StoreFront access.
* Configure Group Policies (GPOs) for user and session personalization and security hardening.
* Integrate Workspace Environment Management (WEM) for profile performance and policy control.
* Collaborate with endpoint teams to integrate Microsoft Intune and SCCM for device compliance and software distribution.
* Create and manage application publishing to different user groups, ensuring high availability and seamless access.
* Automate deployment and configuration via PowerShell scripting.
* Document system builds, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Good to Have:
* Citrix certifications such as CCA-V, CCP-V, or CCE-V
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, M365 Modern Desktop Admin)
* Experience with FSLogix for profile containers
* Exposure to Citrix Cloud and hybrid cloud designs
