Primary Location NSW - Wetherill Park Job Description Summary As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of Service Stream’s warehouse and logistics functions. This role requires strong organisational skills, a safety first mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. This is a full-time permanent position based at our warehouse facility. About the Role • Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods and materials. • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and compliant manner (where licensed). • Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards. • Manage documentation including delivery dockets, manifests, and inventory records. • Support inventory control, stock rotation, and storage optimisation. • Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and dispatch. • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Skills and experience • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or storeperson role. • Forklift licence (LF/LO) preferred but not essential. • Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, dispatch, and stock control. • Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS). • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Good communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems). Qualifications • Forklift licence (desirable). • Relevant certificates in warehousing or logistics (preferred but not required). • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to WHS standards.
