They’re on the lookout for a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of impactful, future-focused learning initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery capability—someone who knows how to build learning that drives engagement and lifts performance. What you’ll be doing: Consulting with leaders to assess capability needs and skill gaps Designing, developing, and delivering blended learning programs Creating scalable content across digital, virtual, and in-person formats Facilitating training sessions and coaching to embed learning outcomes Managing L&D projects end-to-end with a strong stakeholder lens Driving continuous improvement across learning frameworks and tools What we’re looking for: Proven experience in L&D design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions Confident project manager with strong attention to detail Passion for creating inclusive, human-centred learning experiences Exposure to financial services or other complex, regulated environments RG271 qualification highly desired, however not mandatory What’s on offer: $160-$220K salary package Collaborative and inclusive culture The chance to make a real impact on people capability and growth Keen to shape meaningful learning experiences in a values-aligned organisation?
