Duties include;

• Bring together input from different teams and outside consultants to make sure the project goals are met.

• Help communicate project progress to executives, working groups, and external partners.

• Write up reports and research findings in plain language to share with stakeholders.

• Work with others to promote the project and keep everyone informed.

• Support meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Skills and Experience

• A degree and/or relevant experience in project coordination, research, or a health-related field.

• Experience working in health, education, or government settings—especially with accreditation processes—is advantageous.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Good writing and communication skills—you’ll need to prepare reports, write meeting notes, and explain findings clearly.

• Comfortable working with others and able to work across teams.

This role is full time on a maximum term contract until 31 December 2025.
