About the role
In this graduate position, you will work closely under the guidance of experienced Sales Account Managers while developing the foundational skills needed for a successful career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Account Managers in identifying and prioritising target businesses
* Participate in structured training designed to build commercial knowledge and professional capability
* Gather insights on customer needs, competitors, and market trends
* Assist in researching potential new customers and identifying business opportunities
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Key Requirements:
* Recent graduate in any discipline (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting, Biomedical, Arts, etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
* Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
* Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, internships, extracurricular) is an advantage but not essential
* Australian Citizens only
* Must be based in Canberra or open to relocating
