Job Title: Haulage Compliance Trainer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Haulage Compliance Trainer to join our team. As a Haulage Compliance Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our haulage operations remain compliant with legislative, safety, and company requirements.
You will develop, deliver, and assess haulage compliance training to employees and contractors, ensuring that drivers and personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
In addition, you will conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance requirements, maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation, and identify areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, deliver, and assess haulage compliance training to employees and contractors.
* Ensure drivers and personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
* Identify areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
* Provide guidance on compliance best practices.
About You
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification is essential.
* Demonstrated experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations, or transport compliance is required.
* Rii tickets for Loader, Grader, Excavator are desirable.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
* Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* High-level attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving.
