The Role
The Inquiry Support Officer provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Army Administrative Inquiries section in Chief of Staff Branch, Army Headquarters.
Your key duties will include:
* Day-to-day-management of the group mailbox to keep communication flowing.
* Tracking inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
* Responding to requests from inquiry officers and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining and updating templates and information libraries.
* Coordinating orders and invoicing of transcription services.
* Handling financial transactions and reporting for the section.
* Serving as the Objective Workgroup Coordinator.
You will report to the Inquiry Implementation Officer (EL 1) and work with a team providing support that helps deliver outcomes for the Army.
