The role
We seek a dynamic Product Specialist to join our Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) division. This role involves working with innovative medical technologies, building professional relationships, and making a significant impact in healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Develop and implement a business plan targeting sales growth, account management, and new market opportunities
* Collaborate with Product/Business Managers to meet strategic goals
* Enhance product and clinical knowledge
* Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Educate customers and patients on products
* Meet deadlines for tenders and contracts
* Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for contact management and forecasting
* Attend seminars and conferences as required
* Complete all documentation promptly, including expense reports
About You
* Preferred tertiary qualifications
* Proven success in medical device or healthcare sales
* OHNS/ENT experience is advantageous but not essential
* Experience in operating theatres is highly regarded
* Strong relationship-building and customer support skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to learn and convey clinical/technical info
* Analytical skills for sales data
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
