Real Estate Prospecting & Sales Assistant
Office and field based role.
We are looking for someone comfortable doing the type of work most people avoid, but that can bring rewarding results. This role involves speaking with strangers, hearing "no", and continuing anyway. If that idea makes you uncomfortable, this position will probably not suit you.
Some days you will be in the office making calls; other days you will be out in local neighbourhoods speaking with homeowners. It is roughly half office work and half field work. If you enjoy meeting people, staying active, and creating opportunities, this role can suit you very well.
What You'll Be Doing
* Door knocking in targeted suburbs to identify homeowners considering selling.
* Delivering marketing flyers in local neighbourhoods.
* Calling homeowners to book property appraisal appointments.
* Recording conversations and leads in our CRM system.
* Supporting the sales team by identifying potential sellers.
The Person Who Will Do Well Here
* Are comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
* Can handle rejection without losing motivation.
* Prefer being active and out in the community rather than sitting at a desk all day.
* Are self‐motivated and reliable.
* Communicate clearly and confidently.
This role will probably not suit someone who prefers quiet office work or avoids uncomfortable conversations.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills.
* Reliable, confident and self‐motivated.
* Comfortable walking neighbourhoods and working outdoors at times.
* Basic computer skills.
* Driver's licence.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
Previous real estate experience is not essential. We care more about attitude, work ethic, and the willingness to talk to people.

With an award base rate plus bonus commission structure you have potential to earn well above average at an industry‐standard level, given the experience level that this role typically attracts. Remuneration will depend on experience and age (the award has different rates for people under 21), but we are a generous agency and will reward hard work; that's the nature of our industry.
