Nurses are at the heart of what we do. We are looking to build our care team with experienced Registered Nurses to work Casual Hours in the areas of Hobart, Kingston, Sandy Bay, Margate, Huonville, New Norfolk, Moonah and surrounds.

We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector, ranging from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care, diabetes management and catheter changes.

We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home care options to a variety of clients who are ageing, have a disability or have been recently discharged from hospital.
About the Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits can be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, weekends and Public Holidays in order to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
· Provide a premium care experience to our clients and their families that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
· Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Nursing Care Coordinator
· Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely as per the clients care plan.
· Complete all tasks as requested and maintain accurate and thorough records and documentation.

Skills & Experience
· Community nursing would be an advantage
· Subacute and disability experience
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Nursing Care Coordinator
· Leadership experience is an advantage
· Diabetes management, Wound Care and Catheter changes
· Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to travel to client's homes.
Mandatory Requirements

· National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
· Registered Nurse with current APHRA Registration
· Working With Vulnerable People Registration
· CPR and First Aid Certificate
· NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
· NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
