We’re looking for a commercially savvy Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of strategy, team performance and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, strengthen key accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
* Drive new business and grow existing accounts
* Protect and improve margins
* Oversee budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
* Run regular sales meetings and 1:1s
* Build strong relationships with major customers
* Improve systems and processes across the department
What You Bring
* 5+ years sales & marketing leadership experience
* 5+ years managing and developing staff
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Construction/timber industry experience highly regarded
