Key Customer Service Role

This role involves assisting customers with account-related issues, providing training and coaching, and communicating effectively on various topics such as accounts receivable, invoice distribution, and dispute resolution. Additionally, the position requires managing company legal aspects, authorizing payment plans, overseeing banking functions, and supporting branch operations.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration operations, proficiency in standard desktop applications, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. They will also be able to create, analyze, and interpret internal reports, maintain attention to detail, and drive process improvements.
